In the period from 2 November 2016 – 12 November 2016 in the territory of Lithuania,took place an international training course “NGO2Business”. which was aimed at training the effective cooperation of non-profit organizations with business.
The training took place in the educational Daugirdiškes center, about 40 km from the capital city Vilnius.
From the organization Bioetika participated Alexandra Saveljeva and Egon Skakuns.
The aim of this course was to get the participants skills and knowledge that will help to build a strong and sustainable cooperation with potential partners at the local and international level.
Starting dates focused on teambuilding, the purpose of which was to build a strong group that is able to communicate effectively, negotiate solutions, and to work constructively.
After building a solid team that just shows how important it is to be able to create our own working space. New tools were presented and the model CANVAS helped to develop ideas and analyse possibilities (customers, core values, focus, audience, etc.). The same was granted PITCH method of improving communication skills and the ability to present an idea in the shortest possible time with the best result.
Also in the framework of the project, the participants visited the capital of Lithuania – Vilnius and the local office of non-profit organizations, which are interested in the opportunity to ask their questions.
During the training the participants a good opportunity to know each other better by working as a team and as spending free time together and visit the famous Trakai Castle.
I came back with new features, ideas and preparing to implement new projects.
